Pricing is very competitive and is simply based on the numbers of people within an organisation. Each organisation will get a unique "text number" & Web Address for their own service, details relating to your own policy (designated contacts, escalation periods etc) will be requested and a new service will be set up and tested. Once completed you'll be "live" and can introduce the new service. We will continue to support the service 24/7 for 12 months. To continue with the service for subsequent years an annual charge can be made in month 11 of an existing contract. Optional support in the form of posters for the buildings, web pages for intranets and bespoke changes are all available.
Requirements are Simply:
- Each Key Member of Staff will need an e-mail address
- Ability to read incoming e-mail alerts
- The Establishment should have internet access
- Clear Guidelines of Reporting and Escalation Times
